The Lift King LK-45ASY is our Top Of The Range 2-post clear floor hoist incorporating all the features that make it the ultimate hoist for the professional commercial workshop or home enthusiast. Superior build strength with height and width adjustability together with fully electronic operation make this hoist both user friendly and extremely versatile to fit any garage space.
FEATURES:
- The one-piece S-Channel steel bending post structure with reinforced steel plate provides a stronger post for additional bearing load capacity.
- Equipped with 3-stage adjustable telescopic arms, the shorter front arms give better strength for most vehicles that have engines at the front, and the longer rear arms are better for lifting long wheelbase and heavy vehicles.
- Improved arm inner ends design allows fitting of one end internal and the other end external of the carriage resulting in reduced arm deflection and less arm sag when loaded.
- The Asymmetric posts are great for short wheel base vehicles as they allow for the swing arms to rotate inwards without interfering with the tyres, and asymmetric lifts are better suited for vehicles with uneven weight distributions.
- Extendable post width gives a flexible drive-through distance of 2500mm to 2830mm.
- Extendable post heights from 3930mm to 4330mm achieves an impressive maximum 4160mm height clearance from under the top safety bar to the ground, so taller 4WD’s with racks or canopies can easily still be serviced.
- 1870mm top of lift pad height when arms are sitting on top lock with lift pad screwed down. Add extra height with lift pad screwed up and extra again with 80mm height adapter inserted.

Asymmetric Lifts Explained….
The primary advantage of asymmetric lifts is that they are better suited for vehicles with uneven weight distributions, such as sports cars, sedans, and exotic vehicles. By offering longer rear arms, the vehicle can be positioned with more weight on one side of the lift, usually a 70/30 split. The three-stage front arms on an asymmetrical lift provide greater sweep for versatility and ease of spotting. Asymmetric lifts also offer easier access to the vehicle doors because the car is positioned off-centre, which ensures that the two lift columns will not block your access. These lifts are also commonly used in shorter bay spaces seeing as the vehicle would not protrude into the front half of the lift.
